A former unification minister says North Korea may build a second industrial complex in the North's border town of Gaesung.

Park Jae-gyu on Friday told a meeting of businessmen that he hears Pyongyang wants to attract capital from Hong Kong for a new complex north of the existing one in Gaesung.

He said the North seeks investment from China, Hong Kong and other regions to build several other complexes and revive efforts to turn Sinuiju into a special economic zone.
