Three Korean hostages freed

The three Korean hostages held in captivity by the Irianjaya rebel forces in Indonesia were all freed at 10 am Korean time after 22 days of detention.

The three Koreans belonging to the Korando group are currently staying in a factory within the Irianjaya region.

Korando company officials said all three are quite healthy.

The Korando group said the rebels withdrew all their demands including the interview with the Indonesian President Abdurraham Wahid and freed all hostages.
