The director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency lists North Korea's missile arsenal as a big security threat.

In a security assessment, George Tenet said North Korea is expanding its short- and medium-range missile arsenal... putting its allies at great risk.

Tenet cited Iran and Iraq as major security challenges to the new Bush administration in their illicit pursuit of nuclear, chemical and biological weapons and in Iran's growing support for terrorism.

Tenet spoke before the Senate Intelligence Committee Wednesday.
