President Roh Moo-hyun will meet Thursday a North Korean delegation in Seoul for the inter-Korean ministerial talks.

Sources at the presidential office on Wednesday said details of the delegation's visit to the presidential mansion is not yet finalized.

They also said Senior Cabinet Councilor Kwon Ho-ung, the head of the North's delegation, did not come in the capacity of special envoy of North Korean leader Kim Jong-il.
