College students from the two Koreas will convene at North Korea’s Mount Geumgang next month for a second inter-Korean gathering.

Some two-hundred-50 collegians from the South and one-hundred from the North will gather at the scenic mountain resort on July 17 for three days of debates, mountain climbing and performances.

South Korean organizers of the event say they will make a proposal to regularize the gathering, citing heightened interest among college students for reunification of the country.

Late last month, a group of five-hundred-50 collegians from the two Koreas met at Mt. Geumgang to mark the fifth anniversary of the June 15 inter-Korean summit.
