NK Issues Slogans for Party Anniversary

The North Korean Workers' Party is marking the 60th anniversary of its founding by coining new slogans aimed at rallying support for building a strong military and prosperous economy.

The North's official KCNA news agency said the Party issued 160 slogans to renew the resolve of party members, the public, and the men and women of the armed services to ensure the party's 60th anniversary would mark a glorious year of triumph.

The report said the slogans issued by the North's media address all sectors of society, including political, military, economic and unification matters.
