The Gaeseong Industrial Complex will be fully operational by the end of November.

The government announced that the construction of the complex will be complete in November according to construction plans submitted by TS Precision Co. and two other South Korean companies to the administrative commission of the Gaeseong Industrial Complex. The three companies have experienced delays in building their plants in Gaeseong.

All the plants being built by the fifteen South Korean companies in Gaeseong will be completed and fully operational by the end of the year at the latest.

Livingart was the first to complete its factory on December 15th, 2004, with SJ Tech, ShinWon, and Samdeok Trade following suit soon after.
