Mongolian president tours Kia Motors plant

Mongolian President Natsagiyn Bagabandi toured Kia Motors plants located in Hwasung County, Kyonggi Province Tuesday, along with a briefing on the company's operation by Hyundai Motor and Kia Motors Chairman Chung Mong-koo.

Around 100 dignitaries accompanied the Mongolian president on his tour of the automotive plant, including ding a number of government ministers, lawmakers and businessmen.

Meanwhile, South Korean Culture and Tourism Minister Kim Han-gill and Mongolian Social Welfare and Labor Minister S. Batbayar struck an agreement on youth exchange and cooperation Tuesday.

The agreement was first proposed in 1999 when President Kim
Dae-jung made a state visit to Mongolia. Batbayar is accompanying
Mongolian President Natsagiin Bagabandi, who arrived Monday for a state visit.
