Sale of land plots in North Korea’s Gaesong industrial complex is expected to begin as early as next month.
A government official said Monday that Seoul plans to sell a 16-and-a-half hectare plot located near the pilot site of the industrial park to South Korean companies around the year's third quarter.
The Gaesong industrial complex will be built on a total of six-thousand-600 hectares of land over three phases, with completion set for 2012.
