Koreas to Hold Military Talks Wed.

A working-level meeting for the third inter-Korean meeting of generals will open Wednesday morning at the truce village of Panmunjom.
Chief delegate Moon Seon-muk, Kim Jin-yeong and Um Hyeon-seon of South Korea will hold talks with North Korean counterparts, Yu Yeong-cheol, Bak Gi-yong and Um Chang-nam at the Peace House.
The two Koreas will discuss implementing a bilateral agreement on preventing conflict in the West Sea and dismantling propaganda speakers in the Demilitarized Zone.
Also on the agenda is the schedule and format of upcoming inter-Korean military talks on Mount Baekdu.
