Pan-national campaign for medical aid to the North

A reactivation ceremony is launched for a pan-national drive aimed at providing North Korea with health and medical supplies.

Six major medical and pharmaceutical organizations including the Korean Compatriots are participating in the drive.

The medical and pharmaceutical associations, both oriental and western medical entities, have also kicked off a drive to collect funds needed for procuring medical materials.

The target for the successful is one billion won and collection boxes have been set up in major hospitals and drug stores across the nation.
