163 N. Koreans to Attend Liberation Events

North Korea will send a 163-member civilian delegation to Seoul for events marking the 60th anniversary of Liberation Day on August 15th.

The events' organizers in Seoul said Monday that the North's delegation will comprise 100 organizers and 63 people to play in soccer matches, while 400 civilians from the South and 150 people from abroad will take part.

Scheduled events include the opening ceremony, inter-Korean soccer matches, reunions of separated families and visits to historical sites.

The North's delegation will take a direct flight via a west sea route on August 14th and return home three days later.
