The North Korean delegation to the joint Liberation Day celebrations will likely visit President Roh Moo-hyun Wednesday.

Attention is on if chief delegate Kim Ki-nam, a Central Committee secretary of the North's Workers' Party, will convey a message from North Korean leader Kim Jong-il when he meets Roh.

A government official said it is unknown if Kim Ki-nam is operating as a special envoy of Kim Jong-il.

One hundred North Korean civilians, 65 soccer players and 17 officials arrived at the South’s Incheon International Airport Sunday.
