The North Korean delegation to the joint National Liberation Day celebration on Tuesday will visit the National Assembly.

A Unification Ministry official on Monday said the delegation has accepted an invitation to visit the country's parliament.

About fifty members of the 165-member delegation will meet National Assembly Speaker Kim Won-ki to discuss inter-Korean parliamentary talks.

They will later attend a luncheon with their South Korean counterparts, lawmakers and delegates from abroad.
