Koreas Disagree on Finding POWs, Abductees

The two Koreas on Wednesday failed to agree on the scope and method of finding prisoners of war and civilian abductees.

On the second day of inter-Korean Red Cross talks in North Korea's Mount Geumgang, the South urged a search for all who went missing during and after the Korean War. But the North wanted to limit the scope to those lost during the war.

The two sides also discussed more reunions of separated families through online video.

The South called for gradually expanding the scope of reunions to a reluctant North, who agreed to continue them.
