A Japanese report on Thursday said North Korean Foreign Minister Baek Nam-sun clearly said Pyongyang will return to the six-way nuclear talks next week.
Thai Foreign Minister Kantathi Suphamongkhon quoted Baek in a phone discussion with Japanese counterpart Nobutaka Machimura.
