North Korea has ordered all non-governmental organizations there to leave by December.

Foreign sources in Pyongyang on Tuesday said the North's Foreign Ministry notified the heads of 15 NGOs to end or transfer their operations to domestic authorities.

Thus the World Food Program and other humanitarian organizations must close their North Korea offices or cut staff.

Pyongyang is pursuing the development of its domestic agriculture and food production in refusing international food aid.

The sources also said the North has blamed repeated leaks of classified information on foreigners.
