The Ministry of Science and Technology said Tuesday it will select 268 out of 146 doctorate and 354 master degree holders from research intern systems and dispatch them to startups and small- and medium-size businesses to ease unemployment problems.

A ministry official said the graduate degree holders will be sent to startups and small business firms that lack infrastructure in research personnel.

The personnel will be dispatched in the first half of this year to 210 startups and small business firms and to universities and state-run research institutions.
