'Feet-less' NK Defector, Son Arrive in Seoul

A North Korean defector who had her feet amputated from repeated torture has arrived in Seoul with her son.
Yonhap News Agency on Monday said the defector, identified only as "Kim," and her son flew from Bangkok to Incheon International Airport over the weekend.
Before leaving for Seoul, Kim told South Korean reporters that she wants to give her son a good education and asked news media to refrain from highlighting her story.
Though fitted with prosthetic limbs, she said she still feels pain in her feet.
