The government says it received prior notice of the threat of North Korea's Asia-Pacific Peace Committee to reconsider all business projects with the Hyundai Group.
A government official on Thursday said North Korean cabinet member Kwon Ho-ung sent Unification Minister Chung Dong-young wired the full text of the statement before the committee made the announcement.
