A second group of South Koreans separated from family members in the North will meet with their long-lost kin for the first time in five decades Tuesday.
Around one-hundred-40 South Korean family members will meet some two-hundred-50 North Korean relatives in a group reunion at the North's Mt. Geumgang resort and hold a dinner banquet later in the evening.
On the second day of reunions on Wednesday, families will hold individual meetings before bidding farewell and returning home on Thursday
Earlier on Monday, the first group of four-hundred-40 South Koreans returned home after three-days of brief reunions with around one-hundred relatives from the North.
The reunions are the 12th to be held since August 2000 in accordance with a joint South-North declaration signed that year.
