NK Red Cross Members Arrive in Seoul

A delegation from North Korea's Red Cross arrived in Seoul Thursday for the 15th General Assembly of the International Federation of Red Cross.
The eight-member delegation headed by vice president Paek Yong-ho will attend the assembly and visit the Red Cross Hospital during its nine-day stay.
They will also observe the centennial anniversary of the South Korean Red Cross.
More than 1,000 people from 191 Red Cross and international organizations are expected to attend the assembly.
