Vice Unification Minister Lee Bong-jo says "peace" is the keyword of future inter-Korean relations.

At a seminar Friday, Lee urged efforts to create a consensus on preparatory investment to that effect.

Lee said efforts to establish a peace regime on the Korean Peninsula have already begun and that the government will pursue peace in a flexible manner.

Once North Korea's nuclear issue is resolved, he proposed making up a "win-win" economic strategy for the two Koreas and the international community.
