The Foreign Affairs and Trade Ministry announced Friday taht former Ambassador to Cambodia Kim Won-tae has been named chief protocol officer at Inchon International Airport.
With the opening of the new international port Thursday, the ministry has decided to open the airport protocol office to handle arrivals and departures of important foreign guests.
