Unification Minister Chung Dong-young says the two Koreas will hold talks next week on regular video reunions of separated families and letter exchanges.

Chung on Thursday said the discussion will take place in the 17th inter-Korean ministerial talks on Jeju Island.

He was visiting the Seoul headquarters of the Korea National Red Cross, where the third round of inter-Korean video reunion was being held.

Urging the two Koreas to hold regular video reunions, Chung said North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is also keenly interested in the issue and that no problems are expected in realizing the idea.

Chung said the ministerial talks will also focus on inter-Korean letter exchanges.
