N. Korean Defector Found in Busan

Busan authorities say they have found a North Korean defector who hid in in a container vessel that left Shanghai.
Identified only as Lee, the 36-year-old man said he escaped from the North in January 1999 and remained in Shanghai until he was captured and deported by Chinese police in February 2002.
He sneaked into China again in January 2003 and worked at a restaurant in Shanghai.
