Daewoo Motor CEO expects profit in the latter half

The Chief Executive Officer of the ailing Daewoo Motor says he expects the company to post net profit as early as July.
He made the comments Thursday at a panel of ruling party lawmakers which was formed to resolve the crisis at the automaker.
He asked for the government and the ruling MDP's support in selling Daewoo Motor to General Motors after bringing its operations to normal.
