Working-level military officials from the two Koreas are discussing preparations for the third round of inter-Korean general-level military talks.

The discussions opened early Friday morning at Tongilgak pavilion in the northern side of the border truce village of Panmunjom.

Participants at today's meeting will seek to hammer out the timetable and format for the third round of general-grade military talks set to take place at the North’s Mount Baekdu.
