'Kim DJ Can Take Train for N. Korea Visit'

Korea Railroad President Lee Chul says former president Kim Dae-jung can go to North Korea in April by train.

On the Catholic radio station PBC Thursday, Lee said President Roh could allow Kim to use the presidential train but if not, KoRail will step in.

Lee said, however, that the North is reluctant to let South Korea's World Cup cheering train pass through on its way to Germany, urging North Korean leader Kim Jong-il to make a decision.

Earlier in the week, Lee visited Pyongyang to discuss the re-opening of inter-Korean railways.
