Drunk Driver Who Killed NK Soldier Returned

A South Korean driver who killed a North Korean soldier in a drunk driving accident late last year has returned to Seoul.

Police in Goseong, Gangwon Province, on Thursday said the 33-year-old male employee of Hyundai Asan Corporation also injured two others on December 27th at the North Korean resort of Mount Geumgang.

The North had refused to allow his return home after the accident.
