A company from China's Zhejiang province will jointly run from late this month North Korea's biggest department store.

Media reports in the province said Friday that Dungyang Guohao Trading has agreed to jointly manage the first four floors of the First Pyongyang Department Store with the North Korean company Joson Chilmyong Trade.

Dungyang will sell mid- to low-grade domestic merchandise at the store in anticipation of booming demand for Chinese products.
