The two Koreas will hold on April 5th working-level talks on holding a festival to mark the sixth anniversary of the 2000 inter-Korean summit.

South Korea's organizing committee for the festival said Wednesday that the talks in the North Korean border city of Gaesong will also discuss a joint event in Pyongyang to mark the nation's foundation.

In the North Korean border city of Gaesong, the two sides will discuss the hosting of the festival by the South Korean city of Gwangju.

Pyongyang is likely to accept the proposed venue given the general agreement reached between the two sides.
