The government has proposed holding delayed inter-Korean ministerial talks around April 20th.

Vice Unification Minister Shin Un-sang on Thursday told a regular news briefing that Seoul has yet to receive a response from Pyongyang on its offer made last week.

The talks were originally set to open in Pyongyang Tuesday, but the North unilaterally postponed them in an apparent protest over joint military exercises between South Korean and U.S. troops.
