The Korean 2002 World Cup organizing committee (KOWOC) said Friday that the 13th meeting between the secretary generals of the Korea/Japan World Cup committees will meet in Pusan Monday.
The meetings, which are held at ten different cities in the two countries that will host the games, are designed to give organizers an opportunity to examine the preparations being made and review issues related to the soccer organizations.
KOWOC's Secretary General Moon Dong-hoo will lead the Korean delegation, while his Japanese counterpart, Yasuhiko Endoh, will head the Japanese representatives.
Officials from both sides are also expected to visit the soccer stadium currently under construction in the Korean port city as well as the Pusan Exhibition and Convention Center.
