Koreas to Decide Details of Ex-Leader's NK Visit

The two Koreas are likely to reach an agreement on the second and last day of talks Wednesday on former President Kim Dae-jung's planned trip to Pyongyang next month.

The two sides will continue to discuss Kim’s travel route, itinerary and the size of his entourage, but have already agreed that the visit will be a four-day trip to come at the end of June.

On Monday, Seoul asked for cooperation in having Kim take a newly installed inter-Korean railway for his trip across the border. Pyongyang’s response was not immediately known.

Kim visited Pyongyang in 2000 for the first-ever inter-Korean summit.
