Working-level officials of the inter-Korean economic cooperation committee will hold talks Thursday at the North's Gaesong Industrial Complex.

The two-day talks will discuss the details of the pilot operation of two inter-Korean railways that will begin next Thursday.

Also on the agenda is Seoul's provision of light industry raw materials, cooperation in developing underground resources and setting the date and venue of the committee's 12th general meeting.

Attention is drawn on whether Seoul will link the material aid to signing a military guarantee agreement for the railway test runs, an issue being dealt with at ongoing military talks between the two Koreas.
