The two Koreas will hold a four-day joint festival in South Korea's southwestern city of Gwangju from Wednesday to mark the sixth anniversary of the 2000 inter-Korean summit.

The North Koreans will arrive in Gwangju Wednesday morning via direct flight and visit a cemetery honoring pro-democracy activists.
They will return to Pyongyang Saturday after paying tribute at a memorial tower commemorating the 1929 uprising of Gwangju students against Japanese colonial rule.
