First Group of Separated Families to Return Home Wed.

The first group of South Korean family members to the 14th inter-Korean family reunions will return home Wednesday.

The group of some four-hundred family members will cross the border into South Korea around noon after bidding farewell to their long-lost North Korean kin.

On Thursday, a second group of some one-hundred South Koreans will head to the North’s scenic Mount Geumgang resort to meet with their relatives.

Two more reunions are scheduled through Friday next week.
