Inter-Korean Ministerial Talks to Begin Tues.

The 19th inter-Korean ministerial talks will begin Tuesday in Busan amid high tension over North Korea's missile tests.

The South Korean delegation led by Unification Minister Lee Jong-seok will focus during the four day talks on the missile launch and Pyongyang's return to the six-way nuclear dialogue.

The delegates plan not to discuss other agendas including rice and fertilizer aid to North Korea.

They held a mock session Sunday and will hold another final practice meeting Monday to review strategies.

Pyongyang on Thursday declared its intent to hold the ministerial talks.

However, given its past "day-of" requests for meeting delays, it has yet to be seen whether or not the talks will actually take place.

Some experts are doubtful on the adoption of a joint statement as the two sides are expected to have an intense face-off over the missile issue.
