A leading Japanese daily the Yomiuri Shimbun says Japanese and U.S. reconnaissance planes have captured images suggesting that North Korea is preparing another missile launch.

A Japanese government official is quoted as saying that the photographs were taken from two locations in the North’s Gangwon Province, one of which seven missiles were test-fired from last Wednesday.

The daily says that even though the images show no missile installed on the launching pad, fuel tanks and vehicles however were still in position.

The report comes a day after Japanese Foreign Minister appeared on NHK and said that North Korea seems to be making preparations for another missile launch.
