N. Korean Delegation Arrives in Beijing

The North Korean delegation has arrived in Beijing led by the vice president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, Yang Hyong-sop.

The delegates began their five-day visit Tuesday marking the 45th anniversary of the bilateral mutual friendship treaty.

Among the delegates may be special envoys to discuss North Korea's missile issue and the six-party nuclear talks.

Vice Premier Hui Liangyu arrived in Pyongyang Monday, leading the Chinese delegation with China’s chief negotiator to the six-party talks, Wu Dawei.

While Wu and his North Korean counterpart Kim Kye-kwan hold talks in Pyongyang, China may propose a trilateral meeting between North Korea, the United States and China.
