A South Korean student of a St. Petersburg college, was found dead in his dormitory room Thursday evening.Another Korean student said that he found Lee Hui-yon dead with his all limbs tied on in his room when he visited Lee's dormitory.Upon receiving the information from Suh, the South Korean embassy here in Moscow ordered Kim Ki-um, honorary South Korean consul-general in St. Pertersburg, to ask for local police's investigation....while dispatching an embassy official to the city.
It also asked the Russian government to look into the student's death.
