North Korea is to take up the issue of human rights with the outside world for the first time in its history.
North Korea is reported to have decided to hold a human rights seminar at Rund University in Sweden on Monday and Tuesday and another session in Brussels with the European Union on Wednesday.
North Korea, which has been designated as a repressive nation on human rights issues, is drawing attention on what kind of stance it would take against the demand by western nations for improving its human rights situation.
