Hyundai Group Chairwoman Hyun Jeong-eun has visited the Gaesong Industrial Complex in North Korea to discuss the complex's second phase of development.

In a Monday meeting with North Korean special district development official Pak Chol-su, Hyun said her group has completed talks with the National Land Corporation for the second-stage development and discussed details with Pak.

Before the meeting, the chairwoman and her entourage visited the construction site for an apartment-style factory in the inter-Korean complex and encouraged site employees and officials.
