A walkout by unionized non-pilot workers of Asiana Airlines ended Monday afternoon, drawing the six-day strike to an end.
Asiana's union said 78.4 percent of 1,951 members voted in favor of a five-point agreement reached with management earlier in the day.
In the compromise struck after last-ditch overnight negotiations, management and union representatives agreed on a 4.5 percent basic wage hike, implementation of two new allowances, and an increase in four existing service allowances.
The two sides also struck a five-point agreement aimed at smoothing the strained labor-management relationship, including a management apology for "illegal labor activity."
Only 27 out of 74 international flights and 50 of 214 domestic flights scheduled, operated normally Monday.
