A group of non-governmental organizations have called for the international community to provide developmental aid to North Korea rather than emergency relief.
After a meeting held in Yongin Wednesday, representatives of the N-G-O's said the developmental aid will help resolve structural problems, which will in turn lead to alleviation of food and energy shortages.
