Weather officials say the artificial rainmaking experiment conducted last month over the southeastern Kyungsang province... was partially successful.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, data collected with naked eyes AND satellite images showed that up to one millimeter of rain had fallen in parts of the experiment areas.
The KMA also said rain clouds were formed in the skies over the areas.
