Eight dead in a helicopter crash

A helicopter with 12 people on board crashed in waters off Chinhae, South Kyongsang Province, Thursday, leaving eight people dead and four injured.
Among the victims is chairman of Dong Kuk Steel Mill Company Kim Chong-chin.
The U.S.-made Sikorsky helicopter was on a routine shuttle flight from Pusan's Kimhae International Airport to Okpo Shipyard on Goje Island when it crashed around 11:40 a.m.
Police said the accident appeared to have occurred after the chopper hit a steel tower in bad weather.
Police are investing what caused the accident. Survivors are being treated at a nearby hospital.
