Finance and Economy Minister Jin Nyum says talks on selling Daewoo Motor to G-M are at the final stage.
He said Daewoo has posted net profit over the past three months in a row, and this would enhance its negotiating power.
Jin spoke at a meeting of business leaders held in Seoul Thursday.
