The country's top nuclear negotiator says North Korea's reporting of its nuclear facilities and programs is key to implementing the recent agreement on Pyongyang's nuclear dismantlement.

Ambassador Chun Yung-woo told a KBS program Sunday that the report will likely show how much plutonium the North has extracted and the details of its uranium enrichment program.

He said North Korea will open in a month talks on normalizing ties with the United States in New York, and that the second meeting will be in Pyongyang.
